Job Description:
- Prepare all ingredient assigned by Head Chef/Junior Sous chef.
- Cook and plate food items accurately to specifications.
- Ensure the daily kitchen set-up is carried out on time and in accordance to the standards.
- Ensure all work stations and equipment are maintained in a clean and fully operational manner all the time.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer working experience in the western cuisine
