Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Marketing Executive to elevate our brand and drive growth. This role involves managing our social media presence, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and collaborating with partners to expand our reach. The ideal candidate is well-versed in digital marketing, has a keen eye for trends, and is enthusiastic about sustainable food sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media and Content Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to boost engagement and strengthen brand presence.
- Create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring brand consistency.
- Engage actively with the online community, responding to inquiries, and building relationships with followers.
Brand Building and Campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the merchandiser to identify new product trends and create compelling marketing materials (digital, print, social media) that resonate with customer needs.
- Generate and execute monthly and quarterly marketing calendars, driving online sales and enhancing customer awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and propose improvements for better reach and effectiveness.
Collaborations and Co-Branding Initiatives
- Identify potential partners, such as chefs, supermarkets, or other brands, and execute co-branding or collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Develop proposals and manage relationships with collaborators to enhance visibility and credibility.
Event Management and Customer Engagement
- Plan and run marketing events, such as product tastings, chef demonstrations, and supplier engagement events, to provide immersive brand experiences.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to source materials and set up engaging and informative events.
Content Creation and Storytelling
- Work with suppliers to gather information and visuals to showcase the quality, care, and origins of our products.
- Develop and maintain an authentic narrative that connects customers with our values and supports long-term brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, brand management, or event planning, ideally within the F&B, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proactive in identifying trends and opportunities, with a passion for ethical and sustainable sourcing.
- Experience in event planning and partner collaborations is a plus.
