Job Scope:
- Supervise site operations and daily activities on construction or engineering sites
- Manage project timelines to ensure the project stays on schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure quality control by conducting site inspections and monitoring work to meet design specifications
- Monitor and enforce safety standards to comply with health and safety regulations
- Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials for project efficiency
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site
- Review plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, offering feedback and solutions
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior engineers or project managers
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities and materials used
- Assist in cost control by monitoring project expenses and tracking material usage
- Supervise the installation of systems or equipment as required
- Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with design
- Conduct and participate in site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in LTA underground or MRT projects
- Experienced in managing underground projects, including D-wall, borepiling, and other structural works in Singapore.
