Job responsibilities:
- Define project scope, identify the goals and deliverables, timeline of the ERP project.
- Lead, coordinate and align among various departments including Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, manage risks and issues.
- Manage deployment, cutover, data migration, change management and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper training, handover and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology with 10 years relevant experience in leading ERP projects or equivalent.
- Experience in ERP implementation consists of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM and LMS modules.
- Well-versed in organizational processes, technical knowledge, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
