Job Description:
As the Head of the Administration Division, you will be responsible for structuring our internal framework and managing the Finance, General Affairs, HR, and Legal departments and their respective teams. Your main tasks will involve staying on top of business progress and communicating with management to identify the essential actions required at each moment for the corporation, determining what needs to be prioritized by the Administration Division, and driving initiatives forward.
- Oversee all back-office functions (Legal, Finance, General Affairs, HR)
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Make decisions related to accounting and tax matters
- Budget management
- Establish internal control systems
- Liaise with various external specialists
- Support new business development initiatives
Due to our focus on financial-related services, this role requires coordination to ensure smooth business operations while maintaining legal compliance.
Experience and knowledge in legal affairs will enable you to contribute effectively across a wide range of tasks.
Additionally, building internal frameworks and internal controls is part of the mission for this role.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in at least two of the following areas: Finance, General Affairs, HR, or Legal
- Management experience as a department head
- Proficient in Japanese and English to liaise with local and Japan stakeholder.
