· Purchasing:
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for material pricing.
- Update material prices in the system.
- Match POs, Delivery Orders (DOs), and Invoices; submit to Accounts.
· Inventory Management:
- Monitor machinery and material inventory movements.
- Track asset and equipment calibration schedules.
- Prepare delivery notes for materials drawn from the warehouse.
· Company Vehicle Management:
- Oversee road tax and insurance renewals for 3 company lorries.
- Arrange lorry servicing and repairs with the workshop.
· Office and Facilities Maintenance:
- Maintain office facilities and equipment.
· Audit Support:
- Assist with ISO and BizSafe audits (with consultant support).
· Shipping and Document Management:
- File hard copies and digital copies of shipping documents.
· Certification Management:
- Maintain and renew company certificates (e.g., BCA, ISO, BizSafe, SGBC).
· PPE Tracking:
- Monitor and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers.
