New Life Community Services is a not-for-profit social service agency that seeks to bring hope and purpose to children, youths, and seniors so that they go on to create a positive impact in their community and society.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer and content creator to join our Communications & Partnerships team. The incumbent will report to the Head of Communications & Partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms.
- Create digital content.
- Perform social media and web analytics.
- Act as event photographer for corporate events.
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely roll out of marketing content.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or other equivalent
- At least three years of work experience as a digital marketer and content creator
- Experienced in working in the social service sector is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus)
- Displayed competencies in social media marketing and web content writing
- Well-versed in social media management and analytics tools
- Well-versed in design, photo and video editing tools (e.g. Canva)
