What You’ll Do:
1. Influencer Marketing: - Craft and launch influencer marketing strategies that turn heads and drive engagement. - Scout, connect, and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. - Keep tabs on influencer campaigns, measuring success and ROI like a boss.
2. Content Creation: - Lead the charge on creating top-notch, engaging content across social media, blogs, and emails. - Team up with creatives to produce visually stunning and on-brand content. - Make sure every piece of content hits the right note with marketing strategy and brand voice.
3. Community Management: - Dream up and execute community engagement strategies that build a loyal, buzzing community. - Oversee and energize community platforms, from social media to online forums. - Handle community feedback and queries with speed and style.
4. Strategic Management, Alignment, and Execution: - Sync marketing strategies with big-picture business goals. - Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring every penny packs a punch. - Lead and inspire while coordinating with a network of talented external agencies. - Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. - Stay ahead of market trends and competition, using insights to steer strategic decisions. - Track and report key performance metrics, offering actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
5. Digital Marketing (Nice to Have!): - Mastery of online advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels. - Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz). - Proven experience with email marketing campaigns and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). - Sharp understanding of website analytics and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics).
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, specializing in influencer marketing, content creation, and community management.
- A stellar track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
