Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst in Wealth Management and Technology with hybrid skill set blending business analysis with a strong technical background.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and understand business goals in wealth management.
Requirements Documentation: Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, use cases and process flows.
Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing workflows, proposing improvements that align with business and compliance standards.
Solution Delivery: Ensure that technical solutions developed by IT meet business requirements, acting as a bridge between business units and technical teams.
Testing and Data Quality: Define and manage UAT test cases and review data to improve quality.
Project Communication: Lead workshops and meetings to keep stakeholders updated and address project challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8-10 years as a Business Analyst, particularly in wealth management or financial services, with an understanding of project life cycle management.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, knowledge of wealth management products such as investment funds, retirement planning and portfolio management.
Communication: Excellent skills in presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills: Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.
