Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to join our team, supporting the daily manufacturing processes and ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment for tasks such as filling, printing, labeling, and packaging products, contributing to smooth daily operations.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products according to the company’s quality standards, ensuring all items meet required specifications.
- Accurately document all production activities and tasks, maintaining comprehensive and organized records.
- Consistently adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain high product quality, aiming for zero non-conformance issues.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment efficiency and production processes.
- Suggest improvements for production processes and take proactive measures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing regular housekeeping and adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all company policies and standards, including those related to safety, GMP, quality, and workplace procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines on uniform, grooming, communication, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a production environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong teamwork skills and collaborative spirit.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (On-the-job training available for those without experience).
