Job Summary:
We seek a proficient Application Support Analyst with good experience in offering technical support and aid for our clients' tailored software applications.
Mandatory Skill-set :
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related disciplines;
- At least 3+ years of working experience in Application Support;
- Hands-on experience working on SQL, Linux/ Unix;
- Able to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and routes to appropriate escalation groups;
- Experience in supporting Microsoft application framework;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
Desired Skill-set:
Exposure to CRM systems, and digital signage/inventory systems.
Responsibilities :
- Handle IT Incidents, Requests, and Escalation processes and troubleshoot and resolve system application problems;
- Provide technical expertise in analyzing and providing the best solution on complex technical issues in a timely and efficient;
- Engage with various teams on resolution and maintain effective communication between stakeholders;
- Manage vendor performance through service level management;
- Enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level and quality;
- Support audit and compliance-related activities.
