Job Description
- Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations
- Delivery of technical presentations
- Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
- Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
- Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- 3-5 Years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management.
- Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues.
- Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills.
- Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
- Possess a wide network of building professionals and property developers.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
