Technical Skill & Competencies
• Proficiency in understanding copier functionalities and specifications, particularly Canon models.
• Strong sales acumen with a focus on technical solutions for diverse client requirements.
• Experience in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of printing technologies and trends in the reprographic industry.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to copier operations.
