Job description and responsibilities:
- Frontline
- Attend and answer enquiries from all channels (B2B partners, B2C: social media, WhatsApp, website etc.) for all products (cruise, yacht, land etc.)
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets
- Ensure that enquiries are aligned with the Client’s travel policy and be proactive in optimizing the Client’s spending
- Ensure high conversion rate per enquiry with acute follow-up per enquiry
- Ensure service excellence with prompt response time
- Account management
- Develop and maintain close relationship with our partners
- Ensure service excellence with prompt response time
- Tour planning and management
- Craft the best proposal for all tour requests
- Source the best tour partner for each item
- Live co-ordination of all tour arrangements with respective tour/product/transport provider
- Bookings , account and payment co-ordination with our HQ
- Stay updated on destinations and travel industry news
- Notwithstanding stated job description above; to undertake any other responsibilities and duties as given by supervisor
Working hours & arrangements:
- Need to provide services when occasion calls; including weekday nights, weekends and PH.
- 5 days week, 9am to 6pm (Rotating shift for weekends)
