Job Responsibilities:
- Engage the general public at roadshows, encouraging them to explore Digital Marketing courses.
- Provide demonstrations and detailed information on course content and benefits.
- Identify and propose relevant courses tailored to individual customer needs.
- Actively take part in corporate events and seminars to showcase educational offerings.
- Pursue sales leads and effectively close deals to meet personal sales targets.
- Maintain a personal sales portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and follow-up.
- Follow up on leads to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or practical experience in sales or client services.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or engagement roles.
- Hunter mentality and proactive approach to client prospecting.
- Passionate about lifelong learning and enhancing employability.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- High work ethic, a positive outlook, and commitment to learning.
- Excellent time management and discipline in meeting targets.
- Fluent in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
