We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in penetrating new markets and expanding our market share for air compressor products. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, formulate plans to meet annual budget goals, and leverage their technical knowledge to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new market opportunities to expand the company's customer base for air compressor products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and increase market share.
- Formulate comprehensive sales plans aligned with the company’s goals and budget.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet annual budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and support in vacuum pumps, including commissioning and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of air compressors and vacuum pumps, with on-site experience in commissioning and troubleshooting is essential.
- Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
