Our client, a dynamic travel agency, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin. The ideal candidate will handle travel-related administrative tasks and communicate with governmental travel authorities as required. This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to work from home while ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Process travel documentation, including visas, permits, and travel insurance.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with travel-related government agencies for updates on travel advisories, regulations, and compliance.
- Process and submit documentation to relevant government bodies to facilitate travel permissions and licensing.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in governmental travel policies and inform the team and clients as needed.
- Manage and organize client records, including travel plans, payment details, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and other service providers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure all files are updated and adhere to confidentiality standards.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to provide information and support during the booking process.
- Address client queries and resolve issues related to travel arrangements promptly and efficiently.
- Offer personalized advice to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a travel agency or a similar role.
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and administrative tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
