Job Description:
- Receiving and Verifying Materials: Check incoming materials against delivery documents and route them for further processing. Record discrepancies and ensure proper handling and storage according to safety and health procedures.
- Material Handling and Issuance: Assemble, stage, and issue materials based on order pick lists. Document and input transactions into SAP.
- Pack-Out and Sanitation: Perform pack-out activities while maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Record temperature and humidity conditions when necessary, and document pack-out transactions.
- Inventory Management: Conduct inventory cycle counts, manage stock areas, and adjust for changes in product profiles. Correct any discrepancies identified during stocktaking.
- Loaner Equipment Management: Inspect and track loaner items (e.g., instruments, implants), ensure timely returns, and manage replenishments or replacements for missing/damaged items.
- Collaboration: Work with the Customer Service Team to confirm used items and support inventory replenishment needs.
Job requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- Knowledge of GDPMDS is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Experience in managing 3PL is an advantage
