HR Generalist (Maternity Cover), East area, $5,500/month

Responsibilities:
- Support the full range of HR operations, including onboarding, headcount changes, performance management, compensation reviews, employee offboarding, and annual insurance benefit renewals.
- Address HR inquiries and urgent issues, such as employee relations support.
- Review and update local HR policies to align with employment legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with global corporate HR programs, procedures, and policies.
- Provide support for people programs and ad-hoc projects, such as total rewards, performance management, and talent identification.
- Assist with work pass applications/renewals and ensure compliance with national job posting requirements.
- Actively participate in local and global projects to drive process improvement and transformation.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a multinational corporate setting.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proactive, independent, and hands-on, with strong initiative.
- Detail-oriented, skilled in administration, and proficient in HR processes, with advanced competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and change management abilities.
- Analytical mindset, with a solid understanding of the commercial impact of HR initiatives.
