We are looking for an experienced and driven ERP Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to business growth. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs, demonstrating ERP solutions, and delivering value-driven sales pitches. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in ERP systems, and is skilled at building relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for ERP solutions.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend tailored ERP solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos, showcasing the value of ERP systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and client retention.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns to foster strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, support, and implementation teams, to ensure smooth project transitions and client onboarding.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with prior experience in ERP solutions highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and explain them in a simple, clear manner.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
