Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan and conduct daily experimental activities for assigned research projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
· Apply professional concepts and innovative approaches to advance lab technology and meet research objectives effectively.
· Perform specialized experiments, including somatic cell nuclear transfer, to support project goals.
· Present research findings at internal meetings and conferences, demonstrating clear data interpretation and analysis.
· Independently plan and execute research tasks, analyze data, and interpret results to drive project progress.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge on new techniques.
· Adhere to rigorous lab safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory workspace.
Job Requirements:
· Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology or a related field with a strong foundation in embryology, genetics, cell culture, and molecular biology.
· Passion for wildlife conservation and commitment to ethical laboratory practices.
· Fluent in English (written and spoken), with effective communication skills for presenting complex information.
· Extensive hands-on experience with embryology, micromanipulation, and somatic cell nuclear transfer.
· Proven ability to design experiments, analyze data, interpret results, and complete research projects to publication standards.
· Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude in a collaborative environment.
· Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
