Duration: 12 months
Salary: up to $3485 per month
Location: Central
Working Days and Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Mon to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm on Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the Workday Journey for new hire onboarding
- Provide support for Project Temus to automate HR reporting and tracking, perform
- User Acceptance Testing, data cleansing and verifications as needed.
- Review and manage HR data and records management in line with IM requirements.
- Conduct HR data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on key HR metrics using tools such as Tableau.
- Assist in automating and improving HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
