We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of our projects. The Project Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and communication across project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a background in engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and direct all aspects of project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate tasks, activities, and deliverables, working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Track project progress to ensure all phases stay on schedule, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Effectively communicate project goals, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure alignment across all parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Communication Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
