The Operational Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality customer service.
This role involves managing staff as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
playing a key role in improving efficiency and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and vibrant environment for both customers and employees.
Training and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Address staffing needs, including disciplinary actions if required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, courteous, and efficient service. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues swiftly.
Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
Required fluent Japanese speaker, good communication skills and high quality hospitality
Working Hour 20:00 - 05:00 (Monday to Saturday, No Public Holidays)
