Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global presales team in developing and executing presales strategies to support sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Provide expert guidance on effort estimation techniques, architecture designing, and deal structuring to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers.
- Manage large deals and proposals, including cost modelling, financial analysis, and deal negotiation, to maximize profitability and win rates.
- Collaborate closely with sales and account teams to develop and execute target-driven approaches for acquiring and retaining customers.
- Utilize extensive experience in managing large teams to mentor, coach, and develop presales talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Leverage strong client relationships and market knowledge to drive business development efforts in key markets such as the USA, Singapore, Japan, and Asia.
- Utilize a development background and exposure to leading technologies to provide technical leadership and support to the presales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Over 15 years of experience in global presales and customer-facing roles within the IT industry.
- Well-rounded understanding of public sector, aviation, biometric, healthcare, and retail domains.
- Proven expertise in effort estimation techniques, architecture designing, and deal structuring.
- Experience managing large deals, proposals, and accounts with a target-driven approach.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in cost modelling and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams for global enterprises.
- Experience working with clients in the USA, Singapore, Japan, and Asia markets.
