- Provide sales and administrative support to manager in day to day duties
- Maintaining a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat
business - Support and achieve personal and team Key Performance Indicator by actively contributing to the
achieving of the sales objectives - Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers
- Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations
- Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
- Generate quotation, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and sales reports
- Coordinating with operation / purchasing / accounts to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
Requirements:
- ”N" or "O" Level / Nitec
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in sales & marketing
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Tools
- Bilingual, must handle Chinese document
