We are seeking a talented Principal Architect to join our Global Solution Architect team, focusing on Multi-Service Integrations. In this role, you will design solutions for large, multi-tower engagements across various business units, balancing technical and business skills. You will craft innovative business-IT solutions for clients’ transformation and outsourcing needs, using digital, IT outsourcing, applications development, management, and infrastructure services. This position requires prior experience as an overall solution or enterprise architect with a proven track record in solutioning and delivering projects.
Responsibilities
- Shall perform the role of a trusted technology advisor
- Is expected to drive large transformation work across key clientele – Existing and new
- Is expected to be part of large transformation programs and specifically platform driven /enabled transformation programs and drive the end to end solution for the pursuits
- Whiteboard > shape up the client thought process > evolve a conceptual solution > work with the eco-system and provide directions to the independent solution streams > stitch it together > iterate with the client and other technology architects deriving from a business need.

- Once sales are completed, the role may sometimes transition into delivering the solution that has been sold and continue to be the trusted advisor to the client
- Will report into the solutions leader for the Geo
Requirements
- Extensive years of experience in solutioning for large complex programs
- Preferable to have experience in supporting pursuits and delivering multiple transformation AND / OR other packaged solutions supporting value chains across various Industries
- Need to have a good understanding of the Insurance, Banking or Retail as a whole across LOBs
- Need to have significant experience in the APAC region designing and Implementing transformation programs
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and executive presence
- Preferably having a Tech advisory background with clients in ASEAN region
- Necessary to have had hands on experience in solutioning large transformation deals
- Need to be familiar with various deal constructs and engagement models for stitching large transformation deals
- Familiarity and hands on experience with most technology clusters – Micro Services Architecture, Java, .Net Core, Oracle, ERP, Open standards / TOGAF / industry standard frameworks and various common cloud platforms
- Familiar with the latest trends and common solutions on Data Management & Analytics, AI, IOT, Digital Engineering principles
- Ability to understand the broad strategy of the enterprise, recommend solutions propositions keeping in mind the entire client eco-system which is fit for purpose.
- Ability to have conversations and present propositions to the CXO group and carry the relationship along driven by content.
- Ability to derive and drive development of executable solution from a defined business need / architecture towards an executable solution.
- Need to have experience in estimation model for sizing the solution
