Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Manager in overseeing and regulating fundraising campaigns.
- Review fundraising materials (collaterals, gift agreements, appeal letters).
- Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop and uphold internal fundraising guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, charity, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline fundraising policies and processes.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Management, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in charitable governance and fundraising is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Visio for process mapping).
Additional Details:
- Location: Jalan Bukit Merah (some work-from-home flexibility).
- Schedule: 5-day workweek (42 hours).
- Salary Range: $3,500 - $6,000 (commensurate with experience).
