We're seeking a skilled Infrastructure Tier 2 Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience. You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, servers, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various infrastructure components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and cloud services.
- Incident Management: Efficiently manage and resolve IT incidents, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
- System Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, including operating systems, databases, and application servers.
- Network Support: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement network security measures.
- Cloud Operations: Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in infrastructure support roles
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, server, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
- A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset
