Reporting to the Regional Service Lead - ASEAN, you will be responsible to provide Level 1 support to ensure the smooth running of the office from a Technology perspective.
Responsibilities:
· Provide additional IT Support to the team
· Perform an inventory reconciliation on IT equipment, categorizing and documenting for better tracking
· Support the Service Lead on the maintenance and testing of fixed office equipment such as Laptop Docks, Monitors, Peripherals, Printers and Projectors
· Partner with HR and event organizers for the setup of the office to support various in-person and virtual events such as Townhalls, Workshops and Large meetings
· To provide support for VIPs when they are visiting the office
· To work with IT Support teams on issue resolution
· To support and coordinate IT activities related to local IT projects.
Requirements:
· 5 years’ experience in an Office administration or in an IT support role.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
· Have helpdesk experience, in a multinational environment would be an added advantage.
· Partnership and customer service mindset.
