Media Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, ad platform setup, campaign coordination, data analytics, and media agency management. This role is critical to ensuring the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns and achieving their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Planning: Conduct KPI simulations and develop budget mixes by channel and funnel. Create detailed campaign structures based on objectives, target segments, channels, and placements.
- Media Account Setup: Establish ad account structures according to business needs. Coordinate media pixel implementation with the web development team. Track media performance, including web conversions based on media pixels.
- Campaign Coordination: Define required creative assets and formats for digital campaigns. Write compelling copy for captions and search ad copy.
- Ad Platform Setup: Implement ad platforms based on planned campaign structures. Create QA links with stakeholders. Guide and audit the ad execution team in campaign setup on ad manager platforms.
- Data Analytics: Analyze media performance against KPIs and extract actionable insights to optimize media operations. Collaborate with the data engineering team to automate media data analytics processes.
- Media Agency Management: Coordinate with media agencies to cover external media channels such as OOH, OTT/CTV, TV, and Radio. Negotiate prices and secure media inventory for running campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of comprehensive experience in media business, including planning and operation.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge across various media channels, including digital, programmatic, (D)OOH, CTV/OTT, TV, Print, and other vertical media.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with digital media ad platform operations, including ad account setup, media pixel implementation, and campaign structuring across platforms such as Google Ads (Search & PMax), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other DSPs like DV360, TTD, etc. Experience with analytics tools, such as Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics will be a plus
- Media Planning: Proficiency in media planning based on data analytics insights to achieve marketing KPIs, including budget mix, channel planning, and detailed campaign structures involving bidding options, target segmentation, placements, and ad formats.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude towards learning and growing by expanding knowledge bandwidth and taking on challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different team members, including creative and account service teams.
