Responsibilities:
- Arrange export shipments to distributors/customers, including drop and export shipments.
- Prepare and handle commercial documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents using in-house systems like RPMS.
- Coordinate shipments and cargo collection with the warehouse department.
- Prepare necessary shipment certificates (e.g., SMF, COO, COQ).
- Prepare Letters of Credit for bank submission.
- Liaise with external vendors, including freight forwarders, clearing houses, third-party logistics providers, and delivery contractors.
- Process manual purchase orders and shipping instructions for vendors in regions including Japan, America, Europe, China, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.
- Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize delivery efficiency and cost.
- Plan and monitor inbound shipments/freights from both local and international suppliers.
- Track and oversee costs related to loading and unloading.
- Investigate claims from distributors concerning shortages, incorrect deliveries, or defective parts with warehouse personnel.
- Prepare orders and monthly reports as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned during the course of work.
