Work Schedule:
- Staggered working hours (Monday to Friday)
- Rotating Saturday half-day shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in the Cardiovascular Suite, assisting with interventional cardiovascular procedures while adhering to radiology safety protocols
- Handle a wide range of cases beyond heart-related procedures
- Manage patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation) in the Closed Monitoring Unit (CMU)
- Perform pre-procedure checks and prepare patients for procedures, including administering pre-medications
- Assist in interventional procedures and prepare necessary instrument trolleys
- Monitor patient recovery post-procedure and respond to emergencies efficiently
- Administer contrast media safely and manage patient history regarding contraindications
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Post-Basic Specialty Certificate or Advanced Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate for Registered Nurses
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 1 year in interventional cardiology, radiology, or a related field
- Open to Singaporean citizens and PR holders only
- Comfortable working in a radiation environment
