Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews
· Handle vehicles’ road Tax / VPC / traffic offenses and insurances
· Submit waiver of FWL, NS make-up pay claim and Paternity / Maternity / Childcare leave claim
· Application of Training and submission of grants
· Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
· Support HR operation as and when required
Requirements:
• N Level with min. 2-3 years’ experience in HR
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Work location in Tuas
• Transport provided at Boon Lay MRT
• 5 days work week
• Strictly for Singapore/ PR
• Able start work immediately
