Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the customers and suppliers on the products issues and delivery schedules
- Create purchase order & shipping documents
- Update purchase and sale price
- Create sales & purchase report
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator
- Comfortable to travel overseas when required
- Japanese proficiency to liaise with Japanese-speaking HQ and client
