Location : Kim Keat Road
Position : Temporary Officer - Supervised Practice Division
Contract period : 12months
Hourly pay rate : Degree : $18.50 per hour
Working Days (5-day work week in office)
Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Description:
· Checking eligibility and pairing of supervisors and supervisees
· Processing of assessment reports and related applications
· Preparing case summaries on healthcare professional’s performance
· Update trained supervisors’ details in PRS
· Perform secretariat duties when required
· Handling enquiries
· Any other duties as directed by supervisor
Requirements:
· Degree in any discipline
· Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
· Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
· Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
· IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
