Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and carried out project management activities throughout project life cycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within the time, cost and quality.
  • Attend/Chair project meetings with clients, and other parties.
  • Ensures timely response to clients’ and all other requests in a pro-active and timely manner.
  • Ensures that all project documentation is maintained effectively including email communication.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Engineering or any related field with 5 years working experience in projects management, and 1-2 years of team supervisory experience.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Able to multi-task and guide team members to execute projects within tight schedules and approved budgets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills.
  • Meticulous as well as resourceful with a creative flair and aptitude to excel in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements, different team dynamics and project intricacies.
  • Willing to travel locally and regionally to manage project and attend meetings.
  • Experiences in bulk solids field will be added advantage.
