We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our dealership across all functions.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations, including Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, and Admin functions to ensure all departments operate smoothly and meet performance targets. You must implement effective strategies, ensure high customer satisfaction levels, and lead the team to achieve financial and operational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Provide training, support, and motivation to the team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and manage budget, sales forecasts, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee inventory management, including vehicle/parts ordering, stocking, and turnover.
- Manage vehicle pricing strategies and promotions to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our company and attract new customers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MBA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within an automotive dealership or a similar industry.
- Minimum 10 years of automotive sales and service operations experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and tools.
- Ability to drive business performance.
