Based in the town area, Client is an Energy client and we are looking for a Business Admin to assist the Onsite Operations team. The candidate will report to the Project Managers and Engineers for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in Dec 2024.
About the role
Your daily Responsibilities will be interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about:
1)Process Full set of Purchase Order – compare quotations. Nego best rate, set up new vendor
2)Process Invoices – Services and Product
3)Prepare offer to customer
4)AR follow up on payment and reporting
5)Arrange logistics for import and export
6)Outage periods require to go site support on the project related activities
7)Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
8)Any Adhoc task require
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- diploma in any field
- 2 years working in a similar work task
