Mon to Fri - 7.30 AM to 5.00 PM
Service not required on Sat & Sun/PH
Scope of Works:
· Customer Service – Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
· Call Management – Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
· Record keeping – Assist in data entry and compilation
· Logistics – Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc
· Student Services – Collate student data, administer applications for financial assistance and other support schemes
· Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.
