Responsibilities:
· Responsible for effecting clinic session changes in system, liaising with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments, as well as other administrative duties
· Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis
· Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support
· Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
· GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
· 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
· Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
· Good interpersonal & communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Mon – Fri | Office hours (staggered)
