Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Schools, Centres and Shared Services on their needs in the areas of communication, crisis management, publicity, media, social media, websites, events, Heritage Centre and PDPA.
- Assist to develop and implement branding strategies and campaigns to increase mindshare for the One APSN brand.
- Build and nurture relationships with media and influencers to enhance publicity.
- Copywrite and assist in the production of the Annual Report and communications collaterals.
- Create content for various platforms including websites and social media platforms.
- Produce communication and Public Relation materials for fundraising, partnerships and volunteering.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, social media and email.
- Manage APSN’s social media presence, including content strategy and creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community management of social media channels.
- Monitor and analyse the APSN’s performance metrics such as web analytics, social media analytics, and campaign results.
- To be involved in any other projects and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with using WordPress and other content management systems to update websites.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media content creation/management, and applying data analytics to assess effectiveness.
- Familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, and design software.
- IT savvy and able to learn to manage new systems easily like EDM system, enterprise systems, etc.
- Well-versed in photography.
- Attention to details, with the ability to work independently and in a team, to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
- Strong proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written. A second language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with experience in creating engaging digital content (written, visual, and video).
- Experience in producing marketing collateral from Annual Reports, newsletters to corporate videos.
- Experience in planning and executing integrated end-to-end publicity campaigns, both online and offline, and across various platforms.
