Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Potong Pasir
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Salary Range: $3500 – $4000
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs and current contract terms to develop tailored renewal proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to finalize contract terms and pricing structures
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance contract value and drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals, pricing agreements, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in inside sales, contract negotiations, or account management roles, preferably within the electronic security industry.
- Strong understanding of contract pricing methodologies, including value-based pricing and competitive benchmarking.
- Proficiency in CRM software
