Job Purpose:
- To manage a team of Programme Executive for outreach to APSN Alumni.
- To manage projects related to APSN Alumni.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration
- Submit monthly reports to Deputy Director
- Manage Event/Activities/Short Courses Projects
- Manage assessment of the alumni
- Update of Alumni Database in StudentLink
- Manage StudentLink to track and keep in touch with Alumni
- Prepare for audits, inventory management and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure administrative duties for Event/Activities/Short Courses are discharged
- Manage Alumni Professional Partners
Alumnus Programmes & Well-Being
- Oversee alumni activities
- Oversee and work with volunteers to improve the quality of Alumni programme
- Manage a team of Programme Coordinators
- To drive community engagement initiatives
- Work with stakeholders such as caregivers, government agencies and relevant social service organisations to provide holistic support to Alumni
Programmes/ Activities/ Events
- Manage, Plan and run Event/Activities with partners
- Outreach management to APSN Alumni
- Engage Alumni for APSN Centre enrolment
- Manage Marketing and Branding for Event/Activities with HQ CP Team
- Work with Professional Partners, Allied Professional and Job Coaches to facilitate training/job placement
- Manage and meet aligned objectives for each Event/Activities
- Manage Alumni Professional Partners and Volunteer for Event/Activities
- Manage Case Management with Allied Professional & Job Coaches
Financial
- Manage Financial Assistance Scheme for APSN Alumni
- Manage Budget Planning and use of budget effectively
People
- Work with stakeholders that include trainees, their families, Professional Partners, Allied Professional, Job Coaches, instructors, alumni service team and Deputy Director.
- Able to seek out new corporate partners and grow existing partnerships to achieve the Alumni’s vision and mission.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any field, counselling preferred and be able to perform one or more of the following:
- Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of others in the community
- Take initiative and believe in creative thinking
- Good communication skills, team player and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Experience in Special Educational sector is a plus
- Experience in managing partners
- 5 years of experience managing teams in an Alumni environment
- Proven track record in seeking out new business relationships and enhancing existing ones, including stakeholders (internal & external) management
- Demonstrate empathy
- Able to collaborate and effectively lead both internal teams and external team of volunteers
- Excellent people management skills
- Able to hone new and existing business/partnership relationships
- Must be able to work on select Saturdays
