Provide a professional, expert support and administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment with a secure, reliable infrastructure.
- Conduct independent research, design, and development of Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to the company’s needs.
- Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimized performance.
- Continuously monitor system health, regularly analyze, and test system performance for improvements.
- Perform annual hardware refreshes for endpoint devices and network equipment.
- Oversee regular updates, backups, and restore processes as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Microsoft 365 functionality and improve user experience.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Document system configurations, processes, and create IT user guides.
- Deliver top-tier support by coordinating with various teams and vendors to resolve both onsite and remote issues, including support for onboard vessel teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and administering M365 environments
- More than 2 years of experience work as L1 support in mid to large enterprise
- Strong customer service,communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Network and firewall skillset is not mandatory, but good to have.
