Key Responsibilities:
- Manage small to large-scale projects, prioritizing, planning, and implementing multiple and varied change initiatives
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop detailed project schedules and milestones
- Maintain comprehensive project reporting on progress, budget utilization, and other governance-related documentation
- Ensure all projects adhere to the bank's global Change policies and requirements
- Facilitate working groups and steering committees as needed
- Manage user acceptance testing in alignment with the testing strategy
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure benefit realization
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and quality standards
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services, especially investment banking, is highly desirable
- Significant experience in project/change management, preferably in the financial services/investment banking industry
- Background in global markets and/or regulatory projects is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with global markets products, especially OTC derivatives, and an understanding of sales/trading and post-trade processing
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
- Proven experience in managing small to mid-size teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and work independently
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and other structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, Microsoft Solutions Framework)
