A global company in the technology sector is currently looking for a HR Director to join their dynamic team.
The Role
This role involves designing and executing annual HR priorities and organizational strategies in alignment with business plans. The candidate will closely partner with business leaders to understand their specific workforce strategy, identify talent gaps, and find suitable solutions. The role involves creating talent frameworks and strategies to support business needs and boost employee engagement.
The candidate will review and refine regional HR policies, procedures, systems, and programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations. They will resolve complex employee-related issues fairly and objectively, alongside leading employee engagement and retention initiatives.
The role also involves partnering with internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. They will oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments. Additionally, the candidate will spearhead the yearly goal setting, performance appraisal, bonus payout, salary review cycle, and off-cycle reviews.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least eight years dedicated to senior leadership roles. They need to have comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and other statutory requirements, ideally with previous experience in the technology field with regional exposure. High motivation, diligent organization, and strong leadership skills are pivotal for this role. The candidate should possess a robust analytical and strategic mentality, couple with excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with working in cross-cultural environments is a must, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in project management is also essential.
