Position Requirements
- Minimum Education: Diploma in Engineering (any major)
- Experience:Engineering Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in any Singapore-based company
Management Experience: At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and efficiency
- Implement best practices in engineering management, promoting productivity and safety
- Evaluate team performance and provide guidance and support for professional development
