Reporting Lines:
This position reports directly to the College Director. The incumbent’s primary role is to prepare and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements to meet the requirements of various stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL);
- Filing and submission of taxes and payments, including GST;
- Perform and review month-end closing of accounts;
- Any other account, finance, and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business / Management would be preferred;
- Prior working experience is not required, but would be an advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and MYOB;
- Knowledge in GST compliance and CPF regulations is an advantage;
- Detailed-oriented, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player with strong written communication skills.
