Job description;
- Prepare and manage detailed project cost estimates, budgets
- Oversee the administration of construction contracts and managing documentation
- Prepare timely payment claims and ensuring all claims and VO are included
- prepare VO claim including the assessment of cost implications, calling quotation, prepare star rate
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Prepare subcon payment and certify work done at site
- to assist contract manager in measurement of quantity and preparation of costing.
Requirement;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience in LTA projects.
- familiar with PSSCOC, construction contracts, payment claim processes, and VO management.
- Proficient in quantity surveying software
- Team player and able to work with tight schedule.
